4.    Don’t Forget the Décolletage (upper chest)
Spring is the start of revealing more skin, especially the décolletage area. Exfoliate the décolletage area with a sugar scrub while in the shower, then apply a soufflé or shea butter moisturizer to re-hydrate your skin and regenerating this neglected area. To help with the signs of aging, such as lines, wrinkles and thinning, slackening skin in the exposed delicate next and chest area, serums can and should be added prior to your moisturizer.
5.    Exfoliate to Banish Dead Skin
Slough off the dead and dull skin cells of winter with a gentle Exfoliate up to 2 times a week instead of harsh scratchy scrubs that will damage the skin causing micro-tears and irritation. This would also be a time to go in for peels, but you can also start using retinols to gently exfoliate dead skin without damaging action on the skin. This will allow your moisturizers to work more efficiently on the skin.
