Shopping Madness

Thanksgiving is over and now everyone is running around to try to get the best deals and savings for their Christmas shopping. Everyone knows that Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving and is considered the biggest shopping day for retailers, but is also the beginning the Christmas shopping season. It is also been recorded that it is the largest spending day of the year. Because most companies have considered the day after Thanksgiving a holiday, this causes for more shoppers out there to spend their money.

What are you thankful for today? or this year? Is it possible that some of the pain, struggle, frustration, and conflict in our lives could be because of something we are overlooking?

Cooler Dryer Weather brings Dry Skin and Chapped Lips.

The weather has definitely turned now that it is November and personally, I've noticed dryer skin and my lips are chapped, but I am also seeing this on my clients and hearing their complaints. Winter weather is hard on all of our skin, including our lips. This is the time of year that many have to change their moisturizer and start using a lip balm.

November is....National Healthy Skin Awareness Month!

This month, before you dive into your Thanksgiving dinner, or shop till you drop on Black Friday, take a good long look at your skin from head to toe. While November is traditionally known for the Thanksgiving holiday: the food, the leftovers, the shopping sales, and the time off from school and work, you probably didn't know that November is also National Healthy Skin Month.
